Welcome to the Saiket System. You agree to follow these terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Offer

If you receive an internship offer, you must confirm it within the given time period. If you do not respond, we may assume that you have accepted the offer.

2. Duration of Internship

The duration of your internship will be specified in your internship offer email.

3. Responsibilities

You are expected to complete all tasks, assignments, and projects assigned during the internship period.

4. Code of Conduct

You must behave professionally, remain respectful, and follow the rules, ethics, and values of Saiket Systems.

5. Confidentiality

You must not share any confidential or private information related to Saiket Systems outside the organization without prior permission.

6. Performance Review

Your performance may be evaluated based on effort, consistency, participation, and quality of work. Feedback may be provided to help improve your learning experience.

7. Ownership of Work

All work, projects, ideas, reports, or materials developed during the internship shall remain the property of Saiket Systems.

8. Attendance and Timeliness

Interns are expected to follow schedules, attend required sessions regularly, and submit tasks within the given deadlines.

9. Communication

Interns should maintain regular communication with their assigned mentor or supervisor and provide progress updates when required.

10. Feedback and Learning

Constructive feedback may be provided throughout the internship. Interns are encouraged to remain open to learning and continuous improvement.

11. Internship Termination

Saiket Systems reserves the right to terminate the internship if an intern violates these terms, behaves inappropriately, or fails to participate actively.

12. Certificate and Task Submission

If you successfully complete all assigned tasks, your internship will be considered completed. You may choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Certificate Required

• Submit your work through the official submission form.
• A nominal certificate/documentation fee may apply during submission.
• A digital certificate will be issued within 10 working days after review and approval.

Option 2: Certificate Not Required

• Submit your completed work by email to: support@saiket.in
• You will receive a confirmation email stating your internship has been completed.
• No fee is required.
• No certificate or additional documents/support will be provided after submission.

13. Stipend or Payment

This internship is unpaid. Interns will not receive any salary, stipend, or monetary compensation. The purpose of the internship is educational learning and practical experience.

14. No Job Guarantee

Completion of the internship does not guarantee future employment, job placement, or work opportunities with Saiket Systems or any third-party organization.

15. Documentation Charges

Participation in the internship program is completely free and does not require any registration fee. Interns may optionally choose additional services such as certificates for a nominal charge. Interns who do not require certificates will still receive a free internship completion confirmation email after submitting their work.

16. ISO Certification

Saiket Systems is ISO 9001:2015 certified by TSN Certification Private Limited. This certification reflects our commitment to maintaining quality management standards in education, training, and IT services.

17. Legal Compliance

MSME Registration

Saiket Systems is registered as an MSME under applicable Indian laws.

Dispute Resolution

Any legal disputes shall be governed under the laws of India and handled through Indian courts.

Compliance with Laws

Interns must comply with all applicable laws related to internships, confidentiality, intellectual property rights, and data privacy.

18. Independent Ownership and No Third-Party Association

The internship program offered by Saiket Systems is independently owned and operated by the internal team of Saiket Systems. The program is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or conducted in partnership with any university, college, government authority, corporation, or third-party organization, unless explicitly stated in writing. Any certificates, communications, learning materials, or internship-related content are issued solely under the Saiket Systems brand and quality framework. Interns should not assume any formal association with external educational institutions, councils, or certification bodies unless officially declared by Saiket Systems.

19. Email Communications and Subscription

By participating in the Saiket Systems Internship Program, you agree that Saiket Systems may send emails related to internship activities, including task submissions, updates, announcements, reminders, certificates, and other relevant communications. If you do not wish to receive such emails in the future, you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at support@saiket.in with an unsubscribe request. Upon processing your request, we will make reasonable efforts to stop sending non-essential communications.

Agreement

By applying for and participating in this internship, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood all terms and conditions.
• You agree to follow these guidelines during the internship.
• You understand that participation is free.
• You understand that certificates are optional and may require payment.
